We are looking for an experienced Cleaner to ensure our communities are kept clean and sanitized. If you are detail oriented, take pride in a job well done, enjoy working independently while being part of a team, this role is for you
Location:
Varsity Square Apartments (NW Calgary)
Responsibilities
Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
Experience And Educational Requirements
2 years cleaning experience required
Technical Requirements
Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
Familiarity with technology is an asset
Non-Technical Requirements
Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license
Own reliable vehicle
