The goal is to reduce load times to under 1.3 seconds, resolve rendering bottlenecks, and boost both SEO rankings and conversion metrics through technical excellence.
Responsibilities Include:
Full-stack WordPress optimization (front-end + back-end)
Diagnose and resolve Core Web Vitals issues: LCP, CLS, INP
Improve PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and GTmetrix scores
Implement advanced caching strategies, database optimization, and server-side tuning
Custom theme and plugin development using modern PHP and JavaScript frameworks
Optimize React-based components or headless WordPress setups where applicable
Improve technical SEO structure, semantic HTML, and mobile rendering performance
Enhance site architecture for scalability and maintainability
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong WordPress development background (custom themes, filters, hooks, REST API)
Proven expertise in website performance engineering and speed optimization
Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals, rendering paths, and real-user metrics
Full-stack proficiency: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Experience with modern JS libraries/frameworks (React, Vue, or ) – big plus
Familiarity with CDN configuration, reverse proxies, and server-level caching (Redis, Varnish, Nginx)
Knowledge of database query optimization and index tuning
Strong grasp of technical SEO, mobile-first indexing, and structured data
