Elera Health helps clinicians (OTs, PTs, SLPs, NPs, etc.) launch and grow independent private practices. We create marketing assets and simple websites that help providers promote themselves professionally.
We're looking for a reliable graphic designer to complete straightforward design tickets as they come in. This is ongoing work, and the job is mostly execution — not heavy strategy.
What you'll be doing:
You'll work from clearly written tickets and complete tasks such as:
-Designing 1-pagers and marketing flyers (mostly in Canva and Bannerbear)
-Creating social media templates and post graphics
-Updating and building simple provider websites using Lovable
-Light edits on brand materials and other marketing assets
Tools we use:
-Canva
-Bannerbear
-Lovable (If you haven't used Lovable before but you're a quick learner, that's okay.)
What we're looking for:
-GREAT COMMUNICATION + TURNAROUND TIME
-Strong visual design skills (clean, modern, professional)
-Comfortable working quickly from tickets
-Attention to detail
-Ability to match and follow brand styles
Work style / expectations:
-Fast turnaround on ticket requests
-This is ongoing work with new tickets weekly
-Most tasks are small and clear
-You'll be expected to follow instructions and deliver polished final assets

Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
