Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English & Spanish) for Lead Follow-Up + Admin Support
Immediate Hire – Rapid Path to Full-Time Employment
We are seeking a highly responsive, professional, and organized Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English & Spanish) to manage real-time lead follow-ups and provide ongoing administrative support for our dental and healthcare-related businesses.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves communicating with people, and is looking for a long-term role with very quick potential to transition into full-time hours.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Follow-Up (Primary Duty)
Contact new leads immediately as they come in (speed-to-lead is critical).
Make multiple contact attempts using:
Phone calls
SMS/text messaging
Email
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Follow established scripts, workflows, and scheduling protocols.
Document all contact activity accurately in our CRM or lead tracker.
Schedule appointments or consultations as appropriate.
General Administrative Support (Secondary Duties)
Assist with bilingual customer service responses (phone, SMS, and email).
Manage inboxes and update internal spreadsheets.
Perform data entry and other administrative tasks.
Conduct simple research tasks.
Support our team with additional duties as needed.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Experience with lead follow-up, customer service, sales, or appointment setting.
Available to work during US business hours (EST/CST preferred).
Highly responsive and dependable.
Stable high-speed internet, computer, and quiet working environment.
Preferred: Has own calling/texting software or VoIP system.
If not, we can provide one.
Availability
Starting part-time: 10–20 hours/week.
Strong possibility to transition to full-time (30–40 hours/week) very quickly based on performance and business needs.
