How the System Works
Customer submits a quote request
Dispatcher manually sets the price
Customer receives a link to accept the quote
Booking becomes confirmed
Dispatcher assigns a driver
Driver completes the trip
Payment status is tracked
We need UX that is simple, efficient and scalable.
Scope of Work
• Define user flows
• Create sitemap
• Design wireframes
• Design high-fidelity UI (Figma)
• Create basic design system
• Responsive web design (desktop + mobile)
• Design driver PWA interface
• Design payment flow
• Prepare developer-ready files
Required Experience
• SaaS dashboard design
• Booking / logistics / transportation systems (preferred)
• Experience with workflow-based systems
• Mobile responsive design experience
• Strong UX thinking

Project Stage
This is an MVP (Phase 1).
We value clarity, functionality and scalability over heavy animation.
Future Phase may include Native Mobile Apps.
