This hybrid role (2–3 days per week in office) can be based out of our Everett, WA; Boise, ID; Vancouver, WA; or Toronto, Canada locations. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in creating a seamless and positive candidate experience while supporting a dynamic recruiting team. You'll gain hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, compliance practices, reporting, and stakeholder engagement — all while building foundational HR skills within a company that values learning, development, and continuous growth.

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, confirm logistics, and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams

  • Post job openings across internal and external platforms to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified talent

  • Create recruiting reports, charts, and presentations to support business needs

  • Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and responding to scheduling inquiries

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and shared systems to support compliance and reporting

  • Assist with resume screening and candidate tracking to help recruiters identify qualified talent

  • Proactively monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure timely interview feedback and accurate data entry

  • Follow established recruitment processes while gaining exposure to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and OFCCP compliance guidelines

  • Identify and suggest workflow improvements to enhance coordination efficiency and data accuracy

  • Coordinate logistics for campus recruiting initiatives, including interview scheduling, career fair materials, and communication with university partners and candidates

  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Human Resources (or equivalent combination of education and experience) preferred

  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant administrative experience required

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or prior internship or exposure to recruitment activities is a plus

Skills & Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with — or ability to quickly learn — HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., Workday)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable using digital collaboration tools and communicating across platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer-service mindset with a sense of urgency and professionalism

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $25-$30/hour USA and $23-28/hour for CAN. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a range of benefits. Please note that this salary range is not guaranteed, and the final offer may vary based on experience, education, location, and shift. Additionally, the benefits and programs available may differ depending on the hire date, schedule type, and hours worked.
