The Creative Director is the guardian of that magic — of the emotional impact of our products and the visual signature of PixMob. You will lead the overall artistic vision and direction of the company. A strategic partner to our clients (and sometimes a co-conspirator in their boldest ideas), you transform their most ambitious and grand visions into powerful, large-scale immersive experiences.

From the first pitch to the last LED turning on, you ensure every project lives up to our signature standard. As the ultimate quality steward, you guarantee flawless aesthetic and technical coherence across every initiative.

More than a creator, you are the architect of magical collective moments that redefine creative excellence on the international stage.


Key Responsibilities 1. Creative Vision & Evolution
  • Define, protect, and evolve PixMob's visual signature to maintain our global leadership position.

  • Anticipate (and sometimes shape) artistic and technological trends in live entertainment.

  • Collaborate closely with R&D to influence the development of new products based on future creative needs.

2. Visual Excellence & Execution Quality
  • Ensure strong and consistent artistic direction from ideation through live show execution.

  • Oversee simulations, renderings, and client proposals to ensure they are both inspiring and realistically deployable.

  • Establish and uphold high quality standards for large-scale lighting deployments and scenographic effects.

  • Capture and document best practices drawn from over 20 years of international productions — continuously raising the bar across concerts, sporting events, and world-class ceremonies.

3. Creative Leadership & Collaboration
  • Inspire and challenge the motion design and creative teams to push boundaries.

  • Work hand in hand with Project Managers, Executive Producers, and technical teams to turn concepts into seamless, achievable experiences.

  • Support Sales in creative pre-sales discussions (yes, we also sell the dream).

  • Act as a creative ambassador in high-level presentations and strategic meetings.


Profile Sought

Experience
10+ years of experience in creative direction in lighting and video, ideally within large-scale international events, scenography, or immersive technologies.

Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of stage lighting, light design, spatial design, and audience interaction with live event technologies.

Pragmatic Visionary
Ability to dream big while fully understanding the logistical and technical constraints of live events.

Leadership
Natural ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams and communicate a vision with clarity and passion.

Languages
Fluency in French and English (international context required).
