Project Coordinator – Software Asset Management
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the development and implementation of governance and issue resolution processes for Software Asset Management and the creation of a certified software list for end‑user workstations. This role will focus on improving workflows, ensuring license compliance, and enhancing service delivery standards.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to design and implement governance and issue resolution processes
- Research and evaluate technology trends to inform solution design
- Architect new IT services, develop solution papers, and test plans
- Evaluate current services and recommend remedial actions where required
- Assist in determining hardware/software requirements and support proof‑of‑concept rollouts
- Provide quality control on production implementations and communicate operational guidelines
- Review new service and technology requests, assess impacts, and recommend remediation
- Develop project plans, schedules, and estimates for architectural deployments
- Document technical recommendations and provide guidance to management and project teams
- Ensure change management processes are followed and risks/issues are tracked
- Provide reporting on project status, time tracking, and deliverables
- Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and enhance project delivery outcomes
Candidates must meet one of the following:
- University graduation in business, management, or related discipline and 4 years of project coordination experience; OR
- Two‑year diploma in business, management, or related discipline and 6 years of project coordination experience; OR
- One‑year certificate in business, management, or related discipline and 7 years of project coordination experience; OR
- Eight years of project coordination experience
Experience Requirements
- Translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in enterprise IT environments (5 years)
- Defining project scope and goals with business stakeholders (5 years)
- Developing project deliverables such as charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, closures, and dashboards (5 years)
- Project management experience (5 years)
- Facilitating business process development and re‑engineering workshops (3 years)
- Managing multiple projects concurrently (5 years)
- Implementing IT solutions with resources from multiple teams or organizations (4 years)
- Drafting business and technical documentation (5 years)
- Gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders including vendors (3 years)
- Coordinating governance and issue resolution processes for Software Asset Management or catalogues in large environments (2 years)
- Coordinating IT infrastructure projects in enterprise environments (2 years)
- Building positive stakeholder relationships including executive level (5 years)
- Leading and facilitating stakeholder meetings (4 years)
- Leading change management and communication planning (5 years)
- Working in enterprise architecture environments (4 years)
