A career as a Product Owner - Data within the Wealth Management Business Strategy team at National Bank means acting as the representative of the business lines when defining the prioritization and target vision for data needs. Through your leadership, rigor, experience in prioritization, and knowledge of data and AI, you will have a positive impact on the user experience and on the value creation of investment‑domain data.
Your job
Act as Product Owner in complex data‑related projects within the Wealth Management OSS‑DATA delivery train
Work directly with Wealth Management business lines on various data‑value projects, as well as with other sectors requiring investment data
Be responsible for initiative delivery and contribute to executing the solution‑development roadmap
Break down and sequence a target vision to maximize value delivery while considering constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors
Support and guide change adoption, secure buy‑in from stakeholders, and manage potential resistance to change
Continuously bring improvements and fixes to the product to enhance the experience and meet current and future needs
Actively contribute to spreading AI culture and best practices across the organization
Your team
Within the Wealth Management Business Strategy sector, you are part of a team of about forty colleagues and report to the Senior Director – Cross‑Domain Data & MPO within the Data section of the delivery train. Our team stands out for its cross‑functional nature and the strategic value of the projects we contribute to, which enables us to interface both with all Wealth Management business lines and with the broader organization.

The successful candidate will work in a cutting‑edge data‑technology environment with numerous development opportunities.
Prerequisites
Bachelor's degree related to the field and 6 years of relevant experience ot Master's degree related to the field and 4 years of relevant experience
Knowledge and understanding of the Wealth Management sector
Experience delivering solutions as a Product Owner
Ability to work in Agile environments: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and deliver without having all specifications upfront
Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively
Leadership, autonomy, and initiative
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including external vendors and partners
