About
The goal is to build a reliable two-way sync between ERPNext and these platforms so that orders, inventory, customers, and financial data stay consistent across all systems.
This project is focused on building a scalable integration that can be maintained long-term.
Scope of Work
1) Marketplace Integrations
Connect ERPNext with:
* eBay Seller Account
* Amazon Seller Central
* WooCommerce Store
2) Order Synchronization
Implement automated syncing of:
* Sales Orders from marketplaces → ERPNext
* Customer creation / mapping
* Order status updates (paid, shipped, cancelled)
* Shipment tracking updates back to marketplaces
3) Inventory Synchronization
Real-time or near real-time sync of:
* Item master mapping
* Stock levels from ERPNext → marketplaces
* Multi-warehouse support (if applicable)
* Prevention of overselling
4) Product Synchronization
Ability to:
* Push products from ERPNext to marketplaces
* Sync product updates (price, stock, SKU, status)
* Handle SKU mapping and variations
5) Financial & Accounting Flow
Integration should support:
* Creation of Sales Invoices in ERPNext
* Fees and marketplace charges handling (if possible)
* Payment reconciliation basics
Technical Requirements
Must have strong experience with:
* ERPNext / Frappe Framework
* REST APIs & Webhooks
* Python
* Marketplace APIs (eBay, Amazon SP-API, WooCommerce REST API)
Experience with existing ERPNext marketplace integrations is a big plus.
Deliverables
* Working integration app (Frappe app preferred)
* Setup & deployment documentation
* Admin guide on how to operate the integration
* Knowledge transfer session
Nice to Have
* Experience with multi-company or multi-currency setups
* Experience syncing high order volumes
* Experience with Amazon SP-API specifically
Engagement
This can start as a project and extend to long-term maintenance.
Please include in your proposal:
* Similar integrations you have built
* ERPNext apps or GitHub repos (if available)
* Your approach to handling sync reliability and rate limits
