About
We're looking for a high-level Canva designer who understands conversion psychology, not just aesthetics.
You will design high-performance static ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) inspired by modern DTC brands like Ridge, AG1, Gymshark, and other clean, bold, scroll-stopping brands.
This is not a "make it look nice" role.
This is a make it convert role.
What You'll Do
Design static Meta ad creatives (1080x1080 primarily)
Turn strategic angles into visually powerful ad concepts
Create multiple variations of a winning concept (headline swaps, layout changes, hierarchy shifts)
Build creatives based on emotional triggers (pain, desire, status, urgency)
Follow performance feedback and iterate based on CTR, CPC, hook rate
Maintain a consistent premium DTC brand aesthetic
What We're Looking For
Strong Canva skills (layout, hierarchy, typography mastery)
Ability to think in headlines, not just visuals
Understanding of direct response principles
Clean, modern DTC taste
Ability to create bold hero headlines inside images
Fast iteration speed (we test a lot)
Bonus:
Experience designing for 6–7 figure ecom brands
Knows Breakthrough Advertising principles
Has designed for music / lifestyle / youth brands
Output Expectations
5–15 static ads per week
Multiple variations per winning concept
Square format (1080x1080)
Clean typography, strong contrast, premium feel
Pay: 30 to 40 usd per design
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Graphic Design, Facebook, Copywriting, Adobe Photoshop, Social Media Marketing
