The Role: We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts. This is a "full-cycle" sales role. You will be responsible for hunting new opportunities, managing the funnel, and closing deals. You aren't just selling a service; you're selling a strategic solution to Australia's most common business pain point: rising payroll costs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing: Identify and prospect Australian SMBs (across industries like Admin, Tech, Creative, and Finance) that are ripe for offshoring.
Outreach & Appointment Setting: Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, Email, and Phone to book discovery calls.
The Close: Conduct high-impact sales presentations/demos to business owners, handle objections regarding offshore quality/security, and close the contract.
Pipeline Management: Use our CRM to track every lead and ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
Strategy Feedback: Work directly with the founder to refine the sales pitch based on real market feedback.
What We're Looking For:
Proven B2B Sales Experience: You have a track record of selling services to business owners or decision-makers.
Exceptional English: You must have native-level verbal and written English (Australian accent or familiarity with AU business culture is a massive bonus).
The "Hunter" Mentality: You are comfortable with cold outreach and don't wait for leads to come to you.
Consultative Approach: You can listen to a business owner's problems and frame offshoring as the specific solution.
Compensation:
Competitive Base Hourly Rate + Commission per successful client sign-up.
Long-term growth opportunity to head our sales department as we scale.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
