We are looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our growing remote team. You will be supporting multiple e-commerce brands and play a key role in creating excellent customer experiences.

What You'll Do
As part of our support team, you will be responsible for handling daily customer communication and ensuring smooth operations.
Your tasks include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and online platforms
- Handling questions about orders, returns, deliveries, and complaints
- Providing clear and friendly solutions
- Working with CRM and helpdesk tools
- Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
- Identifying recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Collaborating with team leads and colleagues
- (Optional) Handling phone support
You will receive structured onboarding, clear processes, and ongoing support.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes ownership and works with care.
You:
- Have excellent written and spoken Dutch
- Have experience in customer support (1+ year preferred)
- Are well-organized and detail-oriented
- Are proactive and solution-focused
- Are reliable and consistent
- Are comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems
- Want to grow within a long-term remote role
Experience with e-commerce platforms, Zendesk, or marketplaces like is a plus, but not required.
