About

We're a B2B SaaS company in the Customer Experience Management (CXM) space targeting senior decision-makers across the United States.
We are running a US intent-based outbound campaign and we need a true expert in intent-driven cold email strategy.
This is not a generic cold email project.
We are targeting three specific US intent segments:
1. Website Visitors (US-based)
Prospects who have already visited our website but did not convert.
2. Competitor Users (Switch Campaign – US)
US companies currently using one of our competitors' CX platforms.
3. General CX Intent (US Market)
US prospects actively searching for terms like:
Customer Experience Management platform
Voice of Customer software
NPS platform
CX analytics tools
These prospects show buying intent — but despite multiple iterations, we've generated 0 leads so far.
We know something isn't clicking.
We need someone who knows how to turn intent signals into replies.
Who We're Looking For
An expert who:
Specialises in intent-based cold email campaigns
Has strong experience in US B2B SaaS outbound
Understands how to tailor messaging by intent level
Knows how to position against competitors without sounding generic
Thinks beyond "better copy" and into strategy, psychology, and structure
We are not looking for basic copywriting.
We want someone who understands:
Buying awareness stages
Switching psychology
Intent-based personalization
Sequence logic & timing
CTA optimization
Scope of Work
We will provide:
Current sequences
Competitor list
Product positioning
ICP details
Performance metrics so far
What we need from you:
Strategic review of all 3 intent segments
Messaging overhaul (if needed)
Revised email sequences (multi-touch)
Practical improvements to increase reply rates
Suggestions to improve positioning & offer clarity
Light feedback on cadence (secondary)
Success Metrics
We're aiming to improve:
Reply rate
Positive reply rate
Qualified lead conversion
Target improvement: +10–20% lift in reply performance.
If we see measurable improvement, there's strong potential for long-term collaboration across multiple campaigns.

Budget: $100 fixed (initial engagement)
