About
We are a U.S.-based consulting firm specializing in servicing manufacturing companies.
We maintain large datasets of manufacturers and are building a structured prospect intelligence and segmentation system.
This is not a list-building or scraping role.
Role Objective
We will provide an existing list of manufacturing companies.
Your role is to research, enrich, segment, score, and structure the data so it can be directly imported into Pipedrive CRM.
Responsibilities
You will:
1) Research company background and operational profile
2) Identify key decision makers (Owner, CFO, Operations, Plant Manager, etc.)
3) Estimate company size and operational intensity indicators
4) Research publicly available information related to the decision maker's professional background, including possible language preference or cultural market indicators where relevant
5) Apply a structured lead scoring framework
6) Organize and clean the dataset for direct Pipedrive CRM import
7) Document sources and research methodology
All cultural or language indicators must be based strictly on publicly available, business-relevant information. No assumptions without supporting evidence.

• Source Links
• Properly formatted fields for Pipedrive import
Initial Scope
Pilot batch of 150–200 companies.
Opportunity for ongoing engagement.
Screening Question
If given 500 manufacturing companies, explain how you would prioritize them for outreach and identify potential language or market segmentation indicators using publicly available information.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
