About
1. Project Objective
The goal of this project is to design and develop a new company website for i4B on the
Webflow platform. The website should provide a professional, credible digital presence
with strong usability, high readability, and scalable content management and AI engine
optimisation.
The implementation will be based on an existing Webflow template, which will be
structurally and visually adapted to match the brand and content requirements. No
fully custom development is expected.

3. Scope of Work
Core Website Development
The project includes:
• UX structure setup
• UI adaptation of the selected Webflow template
• Implementation of all planned website pages
• Integration of provided copy and visual content
• CMS configuration based on the supplied content model
• Basic optimisation of readability and content hierarchy
Two revision rounds shoule be included for the delivered work.

• Solutions page design
• Industry page design
• Conversion and contact flows
• CTA and lead-generation layouts

4.3 AI Semantic Optimisation & Content Structuring
Objective: Maximise AI interpretability and semantic discovery of website content.
Included activities:
• Semantic structure rules
• Topic authority mapping
• Expertise signal placement
• Structured knowledge blocks
• AI-answerable content formatting
Deliverables:
• AI-ready content structure
• Semantic optimisation guide
5. Timeline
The expected delivery timeline should be maximally:
• 30 working days from project start
Exact timing depends on the timely delivery of required inputs and feedback cycles.
6. Revision & Feedback Process
• Up to two revision rounds must be included per output.
• Feedback will be provided within 3 calendar days after each delivery milestone.
7. Project Outcome
The result should be a modern, scalable Webflow-based website with:

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
