About
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry into spreadsheets, CRM systems, or databases
Collect and organize business leads based on provided criteria
Research and find contact information (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, etc.)
Build targeted lead lists (companies, decision-makers, industries, locations)
Verify and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Update and maintain lead databases regularly
Deliver reports and lead lists in required formats (Excel, Google Sheets, CSV)
Types of Leads May Include:
B2B leads (companies, CEOs, managers, decision-makers)
LinkedIn leads
Email lists and contact lists
E-commerce product research leads
Real estate or local business leads
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry and lead generation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently
Strong internet research skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
Professional communication and reliability
Preferred Skills (Plus):
Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo,
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Knowledge of email validation tools
