About
OVERVIEW
We are conducting a primary research initiative focused on global memory markets, including DRAM, NAND, and HBM.
We are seeking a recruiting partner to identify and source emails for senior former industry operators fitting specific profiles. This is an initial pilot project. Satisfactory completion could result in similar projects on a weekly basis. We are looking to build a relationship with someone who can be a long term partner.
Budget:
2-3 hours per search hours total)
Timeline:
Total project time is up to 1 week, but we'd like any completed searches sent to us daily. We'd like the first search sent within 24 hours.
Expectations:
Approximately contacts per search (1600 contacts contacts total)
Run searches using our criteria applying basic filters
Build large funnels quickly
Pull contact details
Format clean, usable lists into the reporting structure provided below
Reporting:
Provide sourced emails in the attached spreadsheet. The spreadsheet has the following columns.
Node: Which of the eight searches below (ex. Memory Supplier Pricing & Allocation, OEM / Device-Maker Memory Buyers, Memory Capex & Fab Planning, etc…)
Name: The individual's name
Email: The individuals email
Key Word (Yes/No): Was a key word used to source the individual/ did the individual's profile contain a key word
Current Role: Current Role Title
Current Company: Current Company
Years at Current Company: How many years has the individual been at the current company
Prior Role: List the prior role if the individual worked at a target company in the past.
Prior Company: List the previous employer if the individual worked at a target company in the past.
Years at Prior Company: List years that the individual worked at the previous company (ex
Linkedin Profile: Provide a link to the individuals linkedin profile if available

Search details are provided below in prioritized order.
Please pay close attention to the following for all searches:
The geographic area for all searches is the US and Asia.
Target companies are labeled as "Past Companies ONLY" or "Current or Past Companies." If labeled as "Past Companies ONLY" we absolutely cannot have individuals who are currently employed at those companies.
When targeting someone who previously worked at a target company ("past company"), the individual must have left the company within the last 4 years. So if the individual left in 2021 or earlier, then they should not be included.
Run the search with the keywords first. If there are less than 200 individuals sourced then drop the keywords and run again.
