This is not a traditional design role. We are looking for someone who understands how to leverage AI tools to increase speed, quality, and creative output.
Responsibilities:
Design promotional materials for programs, events, and webinars
Create high-performing social media graphics
Develop branding assets aligned with our academic + athletic identity
Produce marketing visuals for landing pages, ads, and email campaigns
Collaborate with leadership and marketing to translate ideas into clean, compelling visuals
Use AI tools efficiently to streamline design workflows and iterate quickly
What We're Looking For:
Strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, high-converting design
Experience using AI-powered design tools (Nano Banana Pro required)
Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
High attention to detail
Comfortable taking direction and iterating quickly
Familiarity with athletic, academic, or performance-driven brands is a plus
