Job SummaryThe salary range for this position is $46,000 to $52,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. Now, if you were to come on board as our Workplace Support Services Supervisor, we'd ask you to do the following for us:
- Answer client emails in a timely and professional manner, meet and engage with onsite client contacts
- Supervise 1-2 onsite associates completing daily tasks
- Create and maintain program documents (checklists/account info)
- Coordinate with various vendors for execution of coffee and vending services, stationery supplies, and other services that may be added to the WSS program
- Admin for operations; payroll, vacation approvals, associate tracking, Health & Safety completion, OneDrive and Inventory Management & Ordering (Coupa, Staples, Etc.)
- Hiring, performance appraisals, probation reviews, onboarding, off boarding, 1:1s, building inspections
- Cover operational tasks in four key areas; Oasis, Meeting Rooms, Copy Rooms, Common Spaces
- Common Spaces: order, stock, supply PPE
- Document items added to kit, place work orders, call in work orders if they are either urgent or an emergency
- Inventory, ordering, keys, & storage, Health & Safety completion of all Compass courses & learning, projects & audits as required
- Meeting and Copy Rooms: prepare and organize meeting rooms, keep rooms tidy, erase white boards, stock markers, ensure technology is working
- Ensure printers are functioning; replace toners and general troubleshooting
- Mail Services; sort and file mail, restock stationery items, order & stock printing paper
- Oasis: load/unload dishwashers, keep the area clean and organized, prepare work orders
- Daily maintenance of coffee machines; includes refilling beans, teas, coffee supplies, and ensuring all items are stocked
