YOUR IMPACT
You will be part of a global Corporate Technology Platform Engineering Team. This position has the responsibility for administration, support, design, and planning of the organization's global production infrastructure. This 3rd-level support position has the responsibility of being a subject matter expert in multiple platforms/systems, maintaining 24x7x365 system availability.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Windows Server operating systems.
•    Responsible for building, deploying, and patching Windows servers.
•    Provide 24/7 'tier3' on-call support of specific production systems as required.
•    Design and implement technical solutions to support business requirements.
•    Work with VMware or Hyper-V administration.
•    Experience managing certificates.
•    Experience with server security and hardening.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
•    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
•    5+ years of experience as a Windows Server Systems Administrator in a medium to large-scale environment.
•    Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
•    Expert knowledge in the administration of Windows infrastructure services, including. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File servers.
•    Experience managing users and groups in Microsoft Entra ID.
•    Experience managing centralized configuration and patch management tools (eg, Configuration Manager).
•    Proficient at scripting for automation or user management in PowerShell.
•    Strong team player, working in a globally dispersed team.
•    Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.

This is a global role supporting clients/employees in North America and Europe and requires fluency in French & English.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $85,000; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
