The BPA ecosystem X AI tools, Power workflows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards, a seamless and powerful user shape our technology and lead our development teams X next stage of we are seeking a visionary :Head of Software Development, Microsoft 365 Apps (80%-100%)Your MissionAs Head Software Development, you will:Lead and grow our core development and remote product aligned with Microsoft s evolving ecosystem—SharePoint, Power Dynamics 365, and AI.Develop BPA components and help other developers on analysis and development with BPA technologies (C#, .NET Core, SPFx, React, SharePoint REST, CSOM X ).Shape the technical roadmap and ensure scalability, security, and performance across our product our are transactable on Microsoft AppSource our transition to a fully Dynamics 365 QMS solution.Maintain best coding practices, performance, maintainability, and security in compliance with ISO and maintain build, test, and deployment workflows to ensure fast, reliable releases (Azure DevOps).Manage Scrum X and ProfileWe re looking for someone who:Has proven experience as a successful Head of Development in Microsoft-centric environments, ideally with SharePoint or Dynamics about Microsoft technologies, AI, and driving a clear understanding of Microsoft s direction for SharePoint, and Dynamics strong leadership and skills across remote teams.Thrives in a agile environment with a strong team fluent in spoken and written English - minimum C1 (spoken French is a BPA Solutions OffersFull-time X in work model: up to 2 days/week and dynamic work monthly in-office massage therapist.Regular team-building events and free to take the next step?
