Border Protection Specialist

The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Border Protection Specialists. As a CBP officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the nation's borders by detecting and preventing illegal activity.

• Enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations
• Facilitate the flow of legitimate trade and travel
• Conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances
• Determine the admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States
• Prevent the illegal entry of individuals and prohibited goods;

You will be required to complete a paid pre-academy orientation followed by a comprehensive training program at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Successful completion of this training is mandatory for this position.
