Client Services Executive

Manchester Specialist Property Insurance Broker

We're working with a highly respected insurance broker in Manchester that manages a significant property insurance portfolio. They're now looking for a Client Services Executive to support the Account Executive and senior leadership team while delivering an exceptional service to a key client.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and responsibility. You'll play a central role in keeping a complex portfolio running smoothly, managing renewals, insurer negotiations, data analysis, and day-to-day client support.

The Role
  • Act as a key point of contact for the client, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate cover
  • Gather claims data and risk information ahead of renewal discussions
  • Manage the full renewal and placement process, from obtaining terms to agreeing cover
  • Liaise with insurers to confirm cover and handle premium invoicing
  • Maintain accurate policy records on Acturis
  • Prepare reports, research, data packs, and meeting materials for senior stakeholders
  • Set up direct debit agreements and coordinate with accounts teams and insurers
  • Provide responsive, professional service across phone and email
  • Monitor market trends and factors impacting the portfolio
  • Ensure full FCA and regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with underwriters to process policy amendments
About You
  • Commercial Experience for 2 years
  • Strong technical knowledge and confidence managing large, complex portfolios
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, insurer rating analysis, MTAs, and mail merges
  • Cert CII qualified (or working towards further qualifications)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Comfortable building trusted relationships with clients and insurers
  • Solid understanding of FCA requirements and current market conditions
