Border Security Specialist

A Border Patrol Agent is a key player in ensuring the security of our nation’s borders.

• Assignments may include detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and identifying potential threats.
• In addition to these responsibilities, agents are also tasked with maintaining surveillance along the border to prevent undocumented noncitizens from entering or attempting to enter the country.
