A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic
Responsibilities
Participate in the development and administration of comprehensive compensation strategies, policies, and frameworks to align with business objectives.
Conduct advanced job evaluations and salary benchmarking to establish competitive pay structures.
Analyze compensation trends, perform market analysis, and provide strategic recommendations for salary adjustments and incentive programs.
Collaborate in the implementation of incentive and variable pay programs tailored to organizational needs.
Ensure compliance with pay equity regulations, labor laws, and internal policies, proactively addressing any discrepancies.
Act as an advisor to HR leadership and business units on compensation-related matters, including salary negotiations and policy interpretations.
Partner with HR and finance teams on annual compensation reviews, budgeting, and workforce planning.
Utilize HRIS and compensation tools to enhance reporting capabilities and improve decision-making processes.
Stay ahead of industry best practices, trends, and legislative updates impacting compensation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial mathematics or a related field; Master's degree is an asset.
At least 7 years of experience in compensation analysis, HR, or a related field, with a focus on strategic compensation planning.
Expertise in job evaluation methodologies, market pricing tools, and incentive program design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and compensation modeling.
In-depth knowledge of compensation regulations, pay equity compliance, and labor laws.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS and compensation software.
Project and change management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
