Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist. Responsibilities include providing technical support to users, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves analyzing user reports to identify and resolve system problems effectively, as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation of support requests. Collaboration with internal teams to address challenges and develop solutions is an essential part of the job. Additional time will be spent on Billing and AR.
Qualifications
Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to address software and system challenges
Proven Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction abilities to manage inquiries and ensure positive experiences
Solid Analytical Skills to assess issues, interpret data, and develop effective solutions
Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with software applications or platforms is highly desirable
Familiarity with the scrap metal industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in technology
Understanding of Linux is very important
