About

Architectural Technologist - Ville St. Laurent (Office-first)
Ready to hop into something extraordinary? We're Psycho Bunny - the rebelliously refined clothing brand turning heads with our premium quality, vibrant style, and that unmistakable logo. With over 200 points of sales worldwide (and counting), we're on a mission to redefine bold standards in retail.
The Opportunity
Ready to build the physical future of our retail experience? As an Architectural Technologist on our Construction team, you'll be the bridge between a design concept and a finished storefront. You'll develop the plans and retail layouts that bring our "rebelliously refined" brand to life in cities across the globe, ensuring every square foot is functional, safe, and stunning.
Your Daily Adventures
Develop precise store plans and retail layouts that balance brand design criteria with building codes, accessibility standards, and mall requirements.
Partner with Visual Merchandising, Loss Prevention, and cross-functional teams to ensure every design element is cohesive and reflects our brand standards.
Liaise with architects, general contractors, and consultants to coordinate drawings and ensure the highest quality of construction execution.
Lead site surveys, inspections (punch lists), and formal store handovers to ensure on-site execution matches our architectural vision.
Utilize AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools (like SketchUp) to create high-precision, detailed design packages.
Maintain and evolve our design infrastructure, including AutoCAD templates, 3D libraries, and sample boards.
Assist in sourcing the fixtures, finishes, and materials that define our physical brand identity.
Own the entire drawing process from initial corrections to final as-built updates through every phase of the project.
Your Toolkit
At least 5 years of experience in an architectural or retail design role, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment.
A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Design, or a related field.
Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD; strong hands-on experience with Revit, SketchUp, or similar 3D modeling and drafting software.
Proficient in Bluebeam Revu for detailed drawing reviews, markups, and submittal coordination.
Comfortable navigating project management and documentation platforms such as Smartsheet, Procore, Asana, or MS Project to keep timelines on track.
Professional fluency in the Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
An understanding of building codes and accessibility regulations, with the ability to translate complex rules into clean, compliant designs.
A professional communicator who can handle external contractors and internal teams with equal ease.
