Responsibilities:
Monthly reconciliation of all bank and credit card accounts
Categorize transactions accurately in Buildium
Maintain clean chart of accounts
Track rental income, operating expenses, and CapEx separately
Monitor loan balances and interest allocations
Provide monthly P&L and cash flow summaries
Assist with year-end reporting for CPA
Qualifications:
Direct experience using Buildium (required)
Strong understanding of rental property accounting
Familiarity with hard money loans and seller financing preferred
Ability to deliver clean monthly reports by the 5th of each month
This is a part-time contract position (5–10 hours per month).
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
