About
We have implemented the core components of our application with Android native components and have a simple Compose UI app. We need to extend the Compose app to include the same UI components as an existing iOS app. We need an experienced developer who can wire-up and adapt the apps with real data. An existing C++ library can be used to make WebRTC requests and stream video from our cameras.
Features of the app include:
- Playback of live and archive video
- Thumbnails of video
- Events and activity for cameras
- Layouts - watching multiple videos
- Maps and Plans - display of cameras on a map
- Notifications of events and activity
- User profiles
We are a remote organisation, so we'll work together using Teams chats and calls. You will work with our product manager to understand the wireframes and our development to team to understand how to integrate our existing Android components and how to extend the application with new features.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an application that they have previously built that utilizes existing native components and has integrated with HTTP JSON APIs and WebRTC.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
