About
You will handle customer emails daily and manage orders inside Shopify.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer emails in French (tracking, returns, refunds, sizing questions)
• Manage orders inside Shopify
• Handle return requests and basic refund processing
• Communicate professionally and efficiently
• Keep response time under 24 hours
Requirements:
• Native or fluent French (written)
• Experience with Shopify
• Experience in e-commerce customer support
• Professional and polite communication
• Available daily (including weekends when needed)
Important:
We are looking for someone reliable for long-term collaboration.
You must have previous experience with fashion or dropshipping e-commerce.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
