This is NOT a basic brochure site. The primary goal is:
Strong local SEO structure
Clean architecture
Fast performance
Scalable page templates (services, city pages, floor plans)
I need someone who understands:
Proper H1/H2 hierarchy
Internal linking structure
Core Web Vitals
Clean Elementor builds (no bloated sections)
Reusable templates
Custom Post Types (if needed)
This is not a Canva-level project.
Scope
Build header & footer in Elementor
Build homepage from provided wireframe
Create reusable service page template
Create city landing page template
Optimize performance
Ensure global typography + spacing consistency
Clean mobile responsiveness
Required: Loom Video Response (No Exceptions)
To be considered, submit a 3–5 minute Loom video where you:
Show me a WordPress + Elementor site you built.
Open the Elementor editor and show how you structured the sections.
Show me how you handle global typography settings.
Show me heading hierarchy (H1–H3) on a page.
Open PageSpeed Insights for one of your sites.
Explain how you optimize Elementor for performance.
Tell me how you would structure a scalable local SEO site for a construction company.
If you do not submit a Loom video walking through these items, your proposal will not be reviewed.
Important
I am not looking for:
AI auto-responses
Agencies pretending to be individuals
Theme template installers
I am looking for someone who understands structure and SEO, not just design.
