We need someone who understands why creatives work, not just how to write them.
What You'll Be Doing
-Developing high-converting ad concepts for Meta
-Identifying new angles based on customer psychology
-Researching competitors, market positioning, and messaging gaps
-Mapping creatives based on stages of awareness
-Identifying market sophistication levels and adjusting -messaging accordingly
-Extracting voice-of-customer insights from reviews, forums, comments
-Creating briefs for video editors and static designers
-Iterating based on performance data
What You Must Understand
-Stages of Awareness (cold → problem aware → solution aware → product aware)
-Market Sophistication (how crowded the space is and how to differentiate)
-Competitor breakdown and positioning analysis
-Research-driven angle development
-Hook testing frameworks
-Direct-response psychology
If you've read Eugene Schwartz or worked in DTC scaling brands, that's a strong plus.

Ideal Candidate
-Has worked with DTC brands before
-Has experience in Meta ad creative strategy
-Can produce multiple angles per brief
-Thinks in testing frameworks
-Comfortable working fast (24–48h turnaround on concepts)

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
