To qualify as a GS-5 officer you must have one of the following: 2 years full-time general work experience demonstrating ability to interact positively with diverse groups OR possess bachelor's degree from an accredited institution OR combination showing minimum 1 year relevant education plus adequate training/experience equivalent level applicable skills-based requirements demonstrated performance meets CBP needs. .
