Sales Manager - Building Automation & Measurement & Control

Are you a commercially driven leader who knows how to grow a sales team, win strategic accounts, and build long-term customer relationships? Do you want to work in a fast-growing sector where sustainability, smart buildings, and energy efficiency are shaping the future?

We're looking for a Sales Manager who can lead from the front, developing people, driving performance, and strengthening market presence across the Benelux.

Responsibilites

Leading, coaching and developing a sales team across the Benelux

Defining and executing a regional sales strategy

Growing existing key accounts and developing new business opportunities

Building strong relationships with end users, installers, consultants and partners

Supporting complex tenders and high-value sales trajectories

Monitoring pipeline performance, forecasting and reporting

Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, project teams, operations)

Ensuring CRM discipline and structured sales processes

Desired Experience

HBO level working and thinking (or higher)

A strong commercial track record in a technical environment

Experience in sales leadership / team management

Knowledge of building automation, HVAC, energy management or related technical systems (highly preferred)

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

A confident, motivating leadership style
