Are you a RN or LPN looking for a new job opportunity in Duluth’s Woodland neighborhood? Aftenro is a small long term care-non rehab facility located on 5 acres near UMD and St. Scholastica. We feature all private rooms and bathrooms for our Residents in our 100 year old building that features carpeted halls and rooms with antique wood and stained glass windows. Looking for something different? Aftenro is a nonprofit facility without a corporate management company, simply a volunteer board of directors. No oncall rotation required. Aftenro is licensed as a Board and Care facility, the only one left in the area, and is grandfathered in under that license. We are regulated like a skilled facility, but we do not provide skilled rehab care.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
· Check blood sugar and administer insulin
· Administer PRN medication, injections, and nebulizers
· Dressing changes
· Process orders
· Monitor vital signs and change in condition
· Contact Dr’s as needed
· Ensure TMAs and CNAs are carrying out their assigned duties
· Documenting nursing notes
TMAs pass all scheduled oral medication on AM and PM shift
Job requirements:
* 18 years or older
* Pass a MN DHS Background Study
* Current LPN or RN license in the state of MN
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Looking for :: Every Friday 230-11 and every other Thursday , Sat , Sunday 230-11
Major attendance concerns or major disciplinary action can result in delayed payout timeline.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.50 - $40.59 per hour
