AnthroMed Education is partnering with a supportive and collaborative school district in Largo, MD to welcome a Speech Language Pathologist to join their growing middle school team. *What You’ll Do:*
* Provide speech-language therapy and intervention services to middle school students
* Work with a range of communication disorders, including articulation and language delays, developmental delays, and Autism
* Support students with communication-related behavioral needs
* Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
*Caseload Details:*
* Serve students in grades 6–8, with some exposure to students with Autism
* Blended middle school caseload
* Average caseload size of 50–55 students
* District utilizes a workload model to ensure equitable distribution of responsibilities and no burnout!
* Approximately half of the workday is dedicated to direct IEP service delivery
* Additional support is provided if workload or caseload overages occur
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MSLP)
* Active Maryland Department of Health SLP License
* Experience with middle school populations strongly preferred
* Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence
