From our Marin site, we are looking for a: Chemical EngineerYour responsibilities:- Support production teams in analyzing and resolving technical and chemical problems.- Propose techniques and ergonomics to the processes.- Commission new P&IDs and their updates.- Manage projects related to refinements (specifications, budget, cost monitoring).- Ensure the planning and execution of technical projects.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.- Create and update job descriptions.- Develop and optimize work procedures while ensuring safety regulations and risk analysis methods with the safety officer's support.- Actively participate in the inventory of sectors within the scope of the position.- Set up and coordinate profiling plans.Profile:- Graduated engineer (HES) in Chemistry, or equivalent title.- Confirmed experience of 5 years in a similar position and in a chemical environment.- Good analytical skills, synthesis capacity, and proactivity.- Knowledge of precious metals and refining processes is a plus.- Familiarity with tools (Office, SAP).- The position requires a strong sense of responsibility, versatility, and good resilience.- Knowledge of French is essential.
