For our headquarters in Geneva, we are looking for a: Property ManagerYour missionsAdminister a portfolio of condominiums with the support of a contact person for co-owners, companies, partners, authorities, etc...Ensure the technical management of the common parts of the condominium, for example:… manage claims… manage maintenance work and process invoices… manage the concierge service… etc.Establish a budget and ensure its monitoringConvene the general assembly, preside over it, ensure the preparation of the minutes, and guarantee the follow-up of decisionsConvene and ensure the smooth running of committeesConduct correspondence related to the condominiumProfile of the desired candidate:You have a confirmed experience of 5 years in a similar position in Switzerland,The federal certificate of property manager is an advantage,Good knowledge of lease law is necessary for this position, knowledge of real estate would be a real plus,Mastery of Quorum is a plus,You appreciate the diversity of activities that lead you to address both building technical issues and to conduct general assemblies and management committees,You have a sense of responsibility and demonstrate very good priority management.
