Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a range of tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will contribute to the efficient movement of inventory and ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Your adherence to all Safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is crucial for ensuring a secure and productive workplace.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming warehouse stock and materials.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
  • Prepare orders for delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all company Safety policies and report any hazards.
  • Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety footwear and vests.
