Join our bustling warehouse operations as a Picker/Packer in Denver, Colorado. We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to accurately pick and pack orders for shipment. Your primary duties will involve using a pick list to locate items within the warehouse, carefully packing them into appropriate containers, and preparing them for dispatch. This role is critical to our logistics chain, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of the products during the packing process, using various packing materials to ensure items arrive safely. A strong emphasis is placed on accuracy and speed. We encourage a proactive approach to identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise. Your role directly impacts customer satisfaction, so a commitment to excellence is paramount. You will be working in a team environment, so strong collaboration skills are beneficial. Daily tasks include inspecting items for damage before packing, affixing labels accurately, and moving packed goods to the shipping area. We provide ongoing training on our warehouse management system and best practices in order to ensure optimal performance and Safety . This role requires moderate physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Proper use of PPE is required at all times.
