Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations and staff.
  • Ensure efficient workflow for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
  • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, including PPE compliance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.
  • Oversee proper lifting techniques and material handling processes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics principles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary.
