Job Summary:
Our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma facility is looking for a reliable and energetic Material Handler to join our warehouse team. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our logistics department, involving the movement of materials, loading/unloading, and general warehouse support. If you are physically fit and possess a strong work ethic, this is an excellent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
  • Sort, organize, and store materials in designated locations.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
  • Assist forklift operators and other warehouse personnel as needed.
  • Perform tasks that involve significant lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other manual material handling equipment.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
  • Ensure all materials are handled with care to prevent damage.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including mandatory use of PPE.
  • Support the broader logistics team in achieving operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and the importance of proper lifting techniques.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes, gloves, and vests.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
