*Compensation:* $59,000–$88,000 based on experience

*About the Opportunity:*
A partnering school district in Westminster, MD is seeking a dedicated *Early Childhood SLP* to provide speech-language services for children from birth through kindergarten. This full-time itinerant position involves working directly in local daycare and preschool settings throughout Westminster. You’ll collaborate with families, daycare staff, and district professionals to deliver individualized therapy and evaluations.
This is a great fit for an SLP passionate about early intervention and supporting children’s communication development in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide direct speech-language therapy and evaluations to early childhood students in daycare settings
* Collaborate closely with daycare staff, families, and multidisciplinary team members
* Participate in monthly Pre-K special education team meetings
* Maintain documentation, contribute to IEP/IFSP development, and uphold best practices in early childhood communication
* Travel locally within Westminster only
*Qualifications:*
* Active Maryland Department of Health SLP License
* Experience or strong interest in early intervention and preschool-aged populations preferred
* Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
