We seek a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with an MVP mindset and proven experience in building scalable, maintainable systems. You will take on both backend and frontend responsibilities across multiple internal projects. Your contributions will include designing robust APIs for seamless integration with other systems while ensuring products are built for scalability and maintainability by future teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the entire product lifecycle from MVP to scalable production release. Create frontend components that provide responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks. Develop scalable and maintainable backend APIs and databases. Manage and integrate third-party APIs for efficient data flow. Analyze data and build effective data pipelines (preferred but not mandatory). Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Qualifications: Strong knowledge and practical experience with frontend technologies and frameworks (mid-level or higher). Proven experience in backend development, API design, and database management. Experience with data analysis and pipeline construction is a plus. Familiarity with modern development tools and AI-assisted coding (e.g., Cursor, Copilot). Prior experience in data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech is highly desirable. Strong architectural mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, and clean integration points. Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. A problem-solver who excels at tackling complex challenges. Additional Information: Contract duration is tied to project milestones and deliverables. Tech stack is flexible; familiarity with Python and Node.js, React and/or Vue; PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB, S3, Redis, REST or GraphQL, AWS, Git is essential. Languages: Ukrainian/Russian required, fluent English (upper-intermediate or higher) is a plus. Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM/10:00 PM EEST (Kyiv Time), including a 30-minute or 1-hour break. We Offer:
