About
* Work with the Senior CRM Manager to develop and implement multichannel strategies to maximise onboarding conversion.
* This will include managing our onboarding journeys, delivering industry-leading, personalised experiences with a focus on conversion.
*Data Management, Analysis & Reporting:*
* Ensure all CRM activities comply with data protection regulations.
* Implement best practices for data privacy and customer consent management.
* Analyse campaign performance and share insights with key stakeholders.
* Track and monitor performance through dashboards and monthly reporting.
*Collaboration and Stakeholder Management*
* Work closely with your counterpart, the Senior CRM Executive, who manages in-life communications. Share knowledge and work together to develop the platform.
* Communicate with the wider marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with business goals.
* Partner with IT and data teams to ensure CRM systems are integrated and effectively utilised.
* Maintain regular contact with the Customer Contact Centre to work together towards a more seamless customer experience.
*CRM Technology & Innovation:*
* Champion technological advancements across CRM platforms, seeking out testing and learning opportunities, and promoting the adoption of new features.
* Support the CS team with automation of processes, new customer channels and aligning new initiatives into the CRM strategy.
*Core Marketing Brand Ambassador*
* As part of the core marketing team, you are responsible for ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to across all channels and collateral. This includes visual elements and the overall tone of voice.
Qualifications
* *Experience:* 4-6 years in CRM, preferably in subscription-based businesses.
* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Experience using Iterable is desirable, but not required.
* *Analytics Skills:* Strong data analysis capabilities with experience in customer segmentation and behaviour analysis.
* *Communication:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
* *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* *Project Management:* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
