Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled LPN with strong phlebotomy skills and experience assisting with office-based procedures. This role will replace a departing RN and is critical to supporting direct patient care, ensuring smooth clinic flow, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment where patient service is the top priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, lab processing, and injections
• Support in-office procedures
• Assist with patient intake: vitals, medical history updates, EMR documentation.
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms; maintain clinical cleanliness and organization.
• Provide patient education and instructions for pre- and post-procedure care.
• Maintain supply inventory and coordinate reorders.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Licensure as an LPN in Oklahoma.
• Demonstrated phlebotomy and injection experience (required).
• Previous women's health, hormone therapy, or outpatient specialty experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team.
• Professionalism, compassion, and discretion when working with patients.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9 AM – 4 PM (staff 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
• Competitive pay, commensurate with experience.

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
