Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).

Preferred Skills/Experience: Work Settings, Special Procedures, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Pulmonary Artery (PA) line insertion, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Watchman, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, McKesson

Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID

Unit/Facility Details: Transportation: Clinician must have reliable transportation; travel pairs require separate vehicles.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Call Required: Yes, typically 6 evenings and one weekend per 6 weeks
• Weekend Shifts Per Contract: typically one weekend per 6 week on stand by. must respond within 30 minutes of call back.

5 days maximum time off

2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
