About the Position
- You will be part of the Department of Homeland Security workforce, safeguarding our borders and deterring illicit activity.
We are seeking individuals who can enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations. Your duties may include inspecting conveyances and determining admissibility for entry into the United States.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-7. You must also possess strong analytical skills, ability to make rapid judgments, and effective communication skills.
Certification Requirements:
- A master's degree or higher; or two years progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree;
- An LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college/university; or combination of experience & graduate level education,
