About
We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist to enhance our Odoo-based solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to implement automated testing frameworks, validate integrations, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure system stability across various environments. You will collaborate with our development team to proactively identify and resolve issues. If you have a strong background in QA methodologies and experience with Odoo, we want to hear from you
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in QA Automation and/or DevOps.
- Mandatory hands-on Odoo testing experience.
- Strong Python development skills and proficiency in pytest.
- Experience with Playwright or Selenium.
- API testing using Postman/Newman or pytest + requests.
- Hands-on CI/CD experience.
- Familiarity with Docker, Linux (Ubuntu/Debian), and Git workflows.
- Exposure to AWS or GCP.

Selection Process (Transparent & Rigorous): To maintain the high standards of our network, candidates must complete the following process:
- Application Form: Initial skills assessment.
- Competency Test: Role-specific technical assessment
- Interview: Discussion regarding alignment and mutual expectations.
- Onboarding: An induction process (to be completed within two weeks) prior to project assignment.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
Languages: Spanish, English. You are expected to have a fluent level of English.
